Each applicant undergoes a thorough review of their educational and professional background, and only experienced experts are accepted. Our goal is to offer a diverse network of counselors with a range of experience and pricing to meet different needs and budgets.
What can I work on with my counselor?
Our services are designed to be flexible and personalized. You’ll work directly with your counselor to create a plan tailored to your unique goals—whether it’s building your college list, preparing application materials, or strategizing your admissions journey.

CollegeAccess is a global platform welcoming students from around the world. If you face challenges making international payments, please reach out to our support team.
Do you guarantee admission?
Admission outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. While working with an experienced counselor can significantly improve your chances, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as admission to a particular school. Refunds are not issued based on results. (Please review our Terms of Service for more details.)

How long are package services valid?
Each package comes with specific hourly limits and an expiration period. Review the package details carefully and ask your counselor any clarifying questions before purchasing.

How do I apply to become a counselor?
You can apply directly on our counselor page. Submit your background details, choose your counseling categories. We look forward to learning more about you!
What qualifications are required to join as a counselor?
Our counselors are experienced professionals from leading universities and various education programs worldwide. If you’ve successfully navigated a competitive admissions process and have experience guiding others, we encourage you to apply. Many of our counselors balance this work alongside full-time jobs or academic commitments.
When will I get paid?
Counselor payouts are based on the type of package you offer. Payouts to counselors are processed in accordance with our payment provider’s timelines and will follow the applicable refund policy periods before being released.
